WORKSHOP
PROGRAM
RFID Technology
from Sensing to Interacting
Wednesday 28 November 2007,
8:30-16:00, Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel, Oslo, Norway
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a wireless technology that
could enable business innovations across different industries including
automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, aerospace,
transportation and logistics. Implementing RFID in an enterprise
requires compelling wireless and sensing technology with returns on
investment (ROI), business process re-engineering and integration of
RFID technology with enterprise systems. The IntelliSense RFID Workshop
is a one day event featuring case studies and research contributions
that provide insight into issues related to RFID technology from a
Nordic perspective.
Objective:
Bringing together leading researchers,
developers, integrators, and visionaries from the Nordic countries
to discuss and expand their knowledge of technologies, systems,
networks, and applications that support the development and adoption of
RF based wireless communications and identification (ID) systems.
